Tips

• make adr folder
• make agents.md and tell claude.md to read that to be ai agnostic
• write preferences to agents.md, ie testing pure functions or disallow running certain commands
  • but keep it light to not eat tokens, deeper docs should be separate. same for readme
• find good ways to spend time while it's doing things
  • plan other features
• use it as pair programmer or architect duck
• keep a log of what i did and what i plan to do
• own the architecture

Structure

• Understanding
  • Write down requirements, assumptions, edge cases and definition of done (mvp, nice to haves)
  • Design and document the approach (architecture, data model, interface, alternatives)
  • Build (get end to end happy path working asap), then add as many features as time allows
  • Prepare presentation
