REST framework

REST favours plural nouns.
Use path parameters for mandatory parameters, and use query parameters for optional ones.

Rest is good for public facing Apis, easy to reason about

Http for external is good because of human readable. I found that some tools deal better with http and human readable data for debugging too, depends on the tooling used perhaps
